We supply different grades of filters from Coarse to HEPA. The HEPA filters are tested at our factory before dispatch.
We select filters based on the requirement with respect to the standards EN 779 and EN 1822.We also consider guide lines given under IEST-RP-CC-001.4 and IEST-RP-CC-034.1
We conduct Filter installation leak test for HEPA filters during the Validation stage of the clean room project and of clean room equipments.
Box / Flange /Bag type filters with washable or Use & Throw type.
Coarse filters with filtration capacity up to 20 & 10 micron. ( G1 to G4 Grades)
Medium filters with filtration capacity up to 5 micron ( M5 & M6 Grade)
Fine filters with filtration capacity up to 1 micron ( F7 to F9 Grade)
Efficiency filters with filtration capacity up to 0.3 micron ( E 10 to E 12 Grade)
HEPA filters – Conventional/Mini pleat filters with filtration capacity up to 0.3 micron ((H13/H14 Grade)
ULPA filters – Mini pleat filters with filtration capacity up to 0.1 micron ( U15 to U 17 Grade)
